Online Orders Returns Policy

  1. The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  2. This Money back guarantee only applies to online orders
  3. Where a product is within the 14 day period and a refund is requested, Global Living will refund the original product purchase price when the product is received back in store.
    The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
    • Delivery charges from Global Living
    • Cost to return the product to Global Living
  4. Where delivery to customer was free of charge based on minimum spend, and customer would like to return, customer is liable for freight both ways (as above) at applicable rate.
  5. Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.
  6. Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.
  7. Where an item is found to be faulty, Global Living will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
  8. Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 3.
  9. Global Living reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if the product required assembly.
  10. Global Living reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
